Unfortunately we live in a society where leaders turn a blind eye on everything that is wrong. Corruption, theft, and stealing from the poorest of the poor without any consequence is common practice.

I put it to the moderators of this forum:

Every minute that you allowing lying, thieving, arrogant bastards to be part of this community YOU are essentially endorsing their actions by doing nothing. This forums reputation (whats left of it) is taking the hit, and this reflects on you as the moderators.

I cant believe this is even a discussion. Do the right thing.

I am so glad i'm not back in the moderation room, discussing this issue to death for the upteenth time.

Spare a moment for the Mods,Admin and owners behind the scenes, they are often faced with challenges and issues that affect the forum and whilst it might seem that they are not intervening i can assure you that right now, they are busy trying to come up with a plan of action around this!

Maybe , if allowed we can put up an anonymous poll and forumites can vote on whether Warren should stay or be banned and have all his rep points removed. This is afterall a democracy and not a dictatorship and no single person should play, judge, jury, executioner

I think in this case there IS actually a single person that was the judge, jury and executioner... it just happened to also be the defendant.

Either way good luck sorting it out. Like I said there are other examples that must come out now - this is like interrogating your kids after the one is caught red handed... now the cousins are watching the one getting into kak all looking at the sky and the ground knowing there is more that is being hidden... We can't go on like nothing else is wrong because the one has been dealt with... 5 minutes later you will find another mess and have to deal with it again

I know what it's like to be you right now. You may wish to take the time to consider this all but if you look at this thread and the outrage it's causing, there can be no alternative but to get rid of the criminal in question. Whether this traffic is good for the forum or not. How many more Gizmo threads do you want in the backoffice? Or whatsapp group blowups?

Ban @"Gizmo" forever as it should have remained so and never let anyone convince you to bring him back again.

Agreed. We are well and truly long past the time second chances. We passed second third and fourth chances while Chef and I were still where you guys are now...

It's clear to everyone here as it has been proven time and time again that no good can come from Gizmo's continued membership on this platform.

For the record, nobody on the staff group is condoning anything. We have deliberately stayed out of this thread to give the forum members a chance to air their views - I believe that everyone wanted and needed to do that. This thread has more or less run its necessary course and the core of the issue has been clearly stated and acknowledged. The rest is merely emotive and understandably so.

To Moose, I just want to say thanks for your humility and respect in all your responses. I have not met you or engaged with you previously on any matter but I have a great amount of respect for the restraint you have shown and the humble manner in which you have responded in all your posts.

I am now going to lock this thread and will ask everyone concerned to not start new threads or raise this issue in other threads. The matter is acknowledged and will be dealt with accordingly.

To answer your point around raising this sooner and possibly going the legal route:

Trust me I have contemplated this many times since then however you being a fellow Muslim you will have a better understanding of what I’m about to write.

The teachings of Islam have taught me that if I conceal the fault of another person then on the Day of Judgement the Almighty shall conceal my own shortcomings and have mercy upon me.
This is basically where I found peace in the situation, was it the best decision for all and for the fanatics community? Maybe not but that is where my thinking was.

In terms of going the legal route:
The red tape, legal fees and time consumed to go through this process far outweighs the financial loss of:
2 x E46 M3 diffs
A set of M3 discs
An E36 sensor

Albeit these are the known losses and I’m certain there’s more, I didn’t even bother going through this pain, my expectation was that when I raised it with Gizmo, the honorable thing for him to do was to reimburse the people financially for the items that he wrongfully benefitted from.

I agree and understand majority of your response except the following statement:

Warren has no moral compass, through all his engagements prior to me posting the actual proof his responses have been arrogant and even went as far as saying that I am a F**ker that is lying.
Thank goodness for me retrieving the previous communication whereby he clearly admits to his wrongdoing, I am certain that without this confirmation I would’ve still been referred to as a liar that is blackmailing him.
