520 upgrade to performance car

i recently bought a bmw 520 e34 and i wana upgrade it to a performance car.Can i change the wheels from 15"to 18" without increasing the fuel consumption?Where in south africa can i find an affordable performance shop?i am in parys free state.i am in love with the car:inlove:

Congrats on the new wheels buddy, E34's are known for their involving ride.

Imo the most cost effective performance upgrade would be to sell the 520 and get a 540...they can be had for reasonable money. Upgrading the 520's performance will be expensive and doubt you will get any serious gains unless you go the turbo route.

Upgrading the wheels will unfortunately increase the consumption as well, the consumption in anycase will increase if you do mod the engine for performance....

where are you from?i need 18" mags and body upgrade to make it look super HOT and then the performance upgrade.i will find the place to the the intro and do it properly
