I don't usually attach myself to material stuff but selling my F30 340i was a tough one has I purchased that vehicle during the time my beloved older brother was around.

We shared a passion for bmw and it was something we loved talking about.

Last week I had no choice but to let go of the 340i due to the cost of maintenance out of plan.

This made financial sense and my brother with have advised the same " make sure you have motorplan".

So here it is. This one is for you Bhai.

Most of us F8x owners will have to face that 500k financial bump in cost..to purchase the X drive G8x. Just cant justify paying over R1.6m "if you lucky" for a car with some plan option left. We getting rear ended over here..In Europe they around R1.3..all things being equal.

Unfortunately Europe gets more car for value. The way south africa applies duties on Imports makes it very hard for dealers to retail any better.

Right now , just scoping the market and looking for a real good deal. Also hoping interest rates drop soon. Makes things much easier overall.

All praises are due to the almighty.

I was able to find exactly what i wanted. The color , interior etc etc.

For me this is unreal. It's bittersweet as I wished this for my beloved brother. The man was hardworking and deserved this much more than me but I am glad to have been able to achieve this in his honor.
