Not sure where the misunderstanding took place but if it says MEETING time that means the time that we meet. If it says DEPARTURE time thats the time we depart. People come from all over Cape Town so when we book the time for 11.30 we allow for everyone to be there and we usually give a grace period of 30min. Given the situation that only 2 people were there I allowed for a further 30 min just in case someone was running late. Weve been doing it like this for 6 years ive been at events and on the forum.

Apologies if anything came over unclear. Next time i will enter all applicable times so new members can be certain of times.

I was there at 11:50. You will note the below message I sent at 11:44 noting that I am on my way. Prior to that I was at autoquip to get all 4 my tyres changed and had to top up with petrol as I had 20km before empty.
