discussion Vibration damper pulley

Hi gents

I need to replace the vibration damper pulley on my E90 320d. BMW quoted R8k for a pulley. GW quoted me R4.6k on a BBR.

Is the BBR part of decent quality? Anywhere else I can try for a pulley?

Not an answer, but what mileage are you on?
My 520d is on 227k km now and it is notably full of vibrations when I put it into D. what are/were your symptoms?

No symptoms yet. Damper is developing small cracks. Just want to replace it in time.

Will also give incomex a call.

Hi Everyone, I replaced the Vibration Dampener on my 2013 F20 120D using the BBR Part from Goldwagen. Driven about 1000km and happy thus far with the quality.

Haven’t replaced it yet. Keeping a close eye on it. Will update if I replace it.

BBR is a very good quality dampener. Had it in both my previous vehicles.

Get the bolts from BMW though.

Installed the BBR Dampener in my F20 120d with new stretch bolts from the dealer in October '25. Very happy so far!
