Uber's E34 540i 6 Speed

Here are some recent photos of the car.

What it started as in April 2007.

Since then a lot has changed, including the blue interior being swapped for a black one and adding a genuine AC Schnitzer bodykit.

What it looks like currently: Still to get: Exhaust tips and some spacers for the wheels.

Wow man, that's beautiful! The Schnitzer body kit and mags gives it a completely different look. What was the complete cost to get it to this point?

Schnitzer kit: R2600 - Front Bumper, R2500 - Side Skirts, R3200 - Rear bumper
Wheels: R3400 - Rims, R4700 - Tyres
Misc: R250 M-Tech wing, R600 - M-Tech lower door mouldings, R250 - Front and Side Clears, R2600 Hella Rear Clears.

About R52 600 excluding sound and i'm sure i am forgetting more stuff.

@Freerider, Pity they won't sell you the rims. I know the guy I got the rims from brought in another set. Will find out if he still has them but i doubt he has.

This is my old car. Now belongs to my brother. A lot has been changed on this one too.

Picked this one up for R9300. Absolute bargain because of the full M-Tech kit. In the background is my brothers other '91 520i.

'82 628CSi:
This one needs a shed load of work. Previous owner did not take care of this one at all.
Its sitting at a friends house awaiting a respray.

@Don, Lots and lots of searching. Most of this stuff has taken a couple years to find.
Found the bumper in February 2007 at JSN up here. Got the side skirts a year later from the same dealer. Got the rear bumper this year March from Japan.

Had been looking for lower door mouldings for about 2 years at a junkyard. Finally found them last year October.

Rims i got about 3 years ago. They were originally on the blue 520i above.

Then again...i am a sneaky little bugger.

My brother and i visit scrapyards nearly every weekend.

You should see our garage. No cars can fit, its our mini scrapyard.

@ freerider- - yeah 18's would look the shiz and if i did have a set i'd be riding em on the M.
But alas...ill have to stick with stock and i dont even want to know what they cost
