I have tweeters in the doors up top next to the pillars. Will check if i can find the amp.

Thanks for the link, I have the BMW Professional radio, 6 CD changer and Advantage package whatever that is..

PM me your vin number and I will check. If you have the tweeters in the pillar then you should have hifi and the amp will be in the boot behind the cover by the passenger taillight. You can google e87 hifi sound and there's plenty info.

Advantage package not much, just multifunction steering wheel, alloys etc. that BMW throws in with the base model.

according to this link here, I then have the HIFI option as i have the tweeters behind the pilars. The base model has no tweeters. My radio also only gives treble and bass as per this link under the HIFI option.

Some pics of the tail lights i tinted couple weeks back. Only tinted die reverse light.

Next will be headlights, i initially bought film for the headlights but managed to mess it up so i removed it.

Ill redo the tails again if i get film again :smilebounce:

After numerous failed attempts on changing the colour to red my rear tails on my E46, I just let the guys at the boksburg flea market do it while I was out shopping, It lasted for more than 2 years and never lifted or faded till the car got sold. Best R150.00 spent:cartel:

I watched a couple of videos and read up alot on how to do it and the trick is water, 2 people and a heatgun, the starting point and lots of patience you are right..lol

I did my Polo GTI's lights but those arent as round as the BMW lights. Will see if i get it right, otherwise i also tought of just getting the guys at the fleamarket to do it...:smilebounce:

Must say, the one headlight i managed to almost do looked pretty good and changed the whole look of the front, so arse is burning to get it done.

Thanks bud! Pretty good, cant complain at all.

Reception just as good as the ugly oem antenna. Came with three different screws that can be used to fit the antenna. So all in all, very happy!

Theres alot of bmw stuff on wish including blacked out front grills which i like alot so that will be the next order

Hi guys,

Thought ill post up my rides thread of my BMW 120d M47 2006 model.

Previous car was a 2007 Polo GTI 1.8t. Mods: Stage 2 Unitronic sw, Big intercooler, Miltek exhaust, Wildcat DP, Intake, JOM Coilies, BBS wheels

So did a straight trade/swop at a dealer for the BM.

The 1er has 165k on the clocks with full BMW service history.

The day i went to fetch her, not the greatest foto

I will post updates as i move along with her,

Plans for her will include some nice wheels, rear boot spoiler and mostly just some cosmetic mods.
