Clean forgot to mention in previous posts that we removed the yellow halogen fog lamp globes and replaced them with Rennzport 65w led replacements. Difference is night and day with the dogs being so bright, I don’t even need to use the headlights and No, it doesn’t blind oncoming traffic.C3698AE5-2E83-4D2F-A2DA-C14F9F8EEB9E.jpeg5376B4BC-D433-4DAD-8373-CE812A5B34BE.jpegC236F168-45BE-459C-ADAD-2A589979D007.jpeg725A4CB4-C3AA-408C-9555-A0C2F2B03EE9.jpegCB939291-6924-4157-82E4-3E2E03205A18.jpeg

After seeing my car, a close family member had a 20d in the same colour and wanted the same visual updates. Rennzport sorted him out and upon collection, he refused to take his sited a problem. The problem being, he wanted the 20” rims currently on our 30d.

This naturally sparked something which I thought would come much later, and so the hunt began for some rims. I had a set of OEM Z performance 20s finished in rose gold, but the colour didn’t suit the x3 at all, so I sold those off as well. With the X3 still having a year of Motorplan left, the wife begged me to stick with tue current rims as she wanted the nightmare of us removing rims every time we head to the dealer.

So I did the next best thing, went and found me a set of OEM style 666 rims off the F8x M3/M4. Yes it’s crazy, and hasn’t been done at the time by anyone so it ticked the right boxes and I pulled the plug on a set. Matched them with some Michelin ps4s tires and had them fitted knowing dealers couldn’t give me headacahes.

The car is looking baws Firi!

What year is your X3? My 2017 has OEM LED fogs from factory. (It also has high beam assist, not sure if they go together when optioned)

2017 Bud but yeah I didn’t get the led OEM fogs. That being said, the OEM ones look nicer aesthetically, but the light output is no where near what we sell. I don’t think I have high beam assist either

Since day 1 I knew I wanted carbon to grace the X3. However with almost nothing available we opted to get the gloss black stuff going on it to showcase that an X3 F25 doesn’t not need to look bland.

A few month later and items started finally arriving from our manufacturer abroad

1st up was a new lip and some carbon mirror covers. The roof spoiler I was not happy with the design and opted to carbon skin the existing one. 305998.jpeg305999.jpeg305826.jpeg305876.jpeg305998.jpeg305999.jpeg305826.jpeg305876.jpeg

Forgot to mention that I have the Extended Light Package, which probably includes LED fogs.

(Check if your BC button on the LHS indicator stalk is split into two buttons, the upper button activates the High Beam Assist)

The X3 is capable in its stock and delivers what it's supposed to in terms of a family SAV. However, from day 1, I felt VERY disconnected with the road when driving it and hated that feeling as It didn't inspire confidence. (Can attribute this feeling due to the 120d and 335 being E series non electric steerings and the low ride I had on them being extremely great in terms of handling)

We began the queries on a different suspension setup for the X3. After reading numerous threads from international forums and chatting to the owners, we settled on a set of KW V2 coilies. The problem though, KW didn't keep them in inventory and only made them up as special orders.

So after a 6 month wait (issues on shipping to blame partially), the kit finally arrived, and man KW doesn't disappoint on quality

Some suspension porno pics are attached
