Posting a quick video to show a bit of how the remote parking works - like a dream
Pls excuse my son he was controlling the remote while I was filming and he was a bit nervous - normally if you hold the button pressed on the remote it will park in one go

Do you need to 'teach' it the allocated parking?
The rear right quarter panel looked very close to the wall as it steered right.

No you don't have to teach it but I am still experimenting myself
I notice that when it self parks it likes to leave more passenger space but if it parks on parking lines it tries to centre it in the middle

That is pretty neat, especially if you have a tight fit garage. Let the car come out to you every morning instead of trying to squeeze yourself in.
