Project Shift introduces Performance software for Most cars!
Project Shift flashes these cars in two ways:
OBD flash, this is where we upload the file via the obd port.
‘Bench flashing’: This is where the ecu is removed and the car is flashed via the ‘EEPROM’, this is done for all tuner protected cars (Anti Tuning).
HOW WE DO IT
As well as adjusting the usual fuel/air/ignition/boost parameters we also (where appropriate) remap the Vanos system (many tuners do not, or do not know how), the acceleration/ throttle transition maps, knock sensor parameters, remove the top speed limiter and quite a bit more. We can also tailor our software maps to suit most engine modifications such as intakes, sport cams, de-catalised exhaust systems etc
With our advanced software and tuning capabilities, we can bypass the Bmw Anti tuning and are able to successfully tune the latest BMW models.
Stages:
Stage 1:
Stock car
Stage 1+:
Simple modifications like intake and exhaust
Stage 2:
Stage 2 modifications are more involved modifications ie, on an E46 m3, we would do a stage 2 file for: Full exhaust, intake, cams, pulleys. On turbo cars, ie N55, a stage 2 file will be used where all modifications have been done except changing of the turbos.
Stage 3:
Naturally Aspirated cars with turbo or supercharger modifications, or turbo upgrades on factory turbo cars (N55)
