Are you telling me it is possible to have worse service than BMW SA? Is that even physically possible?

BMW service is GOLD standard when compared to Audi. And I have had experience from Audi Hatfield to all the Audi dealerships in Durban. They are a complete shocker. For whatever reason ... quite simply, they just don't care!
