So just saw one at the local Suzuki dealership in Centurion. Man I have been waiting for this thing! It's not fast, it has a 103kw/230nm 1.4T engine and is fwd, but it only weighs 970kg, has twinpipes and it is yellow, every 23 year old's dream:tiptoe: I think the ony advantage the old 1.6 N/A one would have is the rev range (Hitting 7k+ rpm in any N/A engine sounds nice). I drove the old model once and never really gave it, but did hit the limiter once (maybe twice:ty::fencelook: ) Was nice, think this one will be nice too. I would definitely have it over a Mini Cooper (not the S)

Price: R315k (6mt), R335k (6sp auto).
Power: 103kw@5500rpm and 230nm@2500rpm.
0-100: 8.1 sec.
Top speed: 205km/h.

These look like good cars,but 335k for such a small car with a slight bit of performance is crazy :dunnoanymore:

You can get a decent F30 330d for similar money

It looks good, I actually like the shape and yeah the price for the car doesn't make sense for me.

The problem is when they were released (2017), they estimated R250k, but the Rand dropped so badly in the mean time.. but look at the others as well. The Corsa GSI, which is essentially just a 3dr version of the outgoing 1.4T with some OPC brakes and suspension retails for FROM* R367k. I peronally would wait a year or two and pick one up second hand or at least a demo.
