Good day All,

Would just like to introduce myself and my second BMW 320D
Currently on 185000KMS and still original, except for the F30 Wheels.
Only installed the boot spoiler and did the gearbox filter and fluid change.
Still planned is to do the EGR delete and the Downpipe.
Would like some bigger wheels but with the current roads the 16" do come in handy.
Everything is working well and running like a clock.
I have created an album with some additional photos of the car, please check it out and feel free to comment or ask questions

Congrats and welcome bud!

Excellent choice you have made with a 20d. Car looks clean and well maintained. Yes definitely wait until the 16inch tyres are done then you can consider going a bit bigger.

Welcome and nice ride. Are you planning on a software tune as well to go with down pipe and egr delete?
Hi,

Yes I will have them code out the EGR to avoid the engine light.
Currently I don't know exactly when I am going to get the EGR done.
I want do all the cheap preventative actions first.
My next step is the Flex discs and centre bearing as the car is almost at 200K and I am sure they will be worn down.

Update:
So the car developed a vibration over the weekend that is very audible in the cabin and quite annoying and at the same time very alarming as the first think that came to mind is that the gearbox is failing due to the service.
The vibration is audible and can be felt while driving and also while stationary, even in park & neutral. and the vibration fluctuates with engine speed.
Took it in to "Carlos Auto Service Centre" in Vanderbijlpark this morning for an inspection. They tested the car and confirmed that it is not the gearbox, but rather an engine mounting or it seems there is a loose cover vibrating against the cars under belly. The car is booked to go in on Wednesday to locate and eliminate the vibration. Will report the finding when and if repaired.

Also check the Vibration damper pulley
They said that they are going to do a proper fault finding session, These guys do have a good reputation as BMW experts and the previous owner also had the car serviced by the same people so they know the car well. I also did check the pully, there are no cracks no noise and is running very steady with zero movement that is visible with the naked eye. I should also add that the vibration is only present on the left side of the car and not the entire body.
