Pre-orders start in US and a few other countries (like UK) on the 12th September.

And release date is a week later on the 19th.

We will have to wait longer of course. Apple say 119 Countries by the end of the year, which we can pretty much say will include us, it's just a case of how soon before the end of the year! :thumbs:

I heard yesterday on a radio show tech review that the new Iphone is a data hog of note, almost double in terms of data usage.

Which new iPhone? The ones that were announced last night? How would they know if it hasn't been released yet?

The 5S and S5 are selling at the same price....... I'm own them both, S5 gets my vote any day !

Technology evolves exponentially........ That being said I'm waiting anxiously like a kid on Christmas Eve for the 6 to hit our shelves........

A lot of people have stated that Apple is only offering what Android did a while back. What they don't realize (IMO) is that a lot of Samsung features and technologies were first invented by Apple. Also, Samsung may have launched many features on their phones first but Apple has perfected them.
