Car sales just kinda happen between me and Werries...

Not really planned....

He phoned me about a week and a bit ago says he is considering it...

This car is way too nice to pass up, I had to grab it...

All it needs, is a set of comfort seats, otherwise it is epic..

So anybody come across a E60 with black comfort seats in good condition, let me know.

That's a very nice car there but I notice it has been at pinnacle bmw from the boot sticker , so be weary of any claimed part replacements or jobs they claim to have done because they are really skelm bastards that did me in on a R8000 repair job on my last e60 , they have no problem charging for jobs and not even replacing parts . Believe it or not I have the proof on paper from when I had the job done elsewhere
Oh and on the boot sticker a few years ago I took in the 320d I had when it came out it had a sticker on it I removed it the following week to find a dent under the sticker wtf?

Forgot to do a write up.

So even though I drove the car from Secunda to JHB yesterday, I was driving convoy with my dad so speed remained pretty tame.

Luckily, I am not and will never be scared of big cars, but erm... this thing is too quick....

See, with the //M, you knew you were speeding, that growl, the revs, you knew that you were now doing something phycotic..

This diesel on the other hand, I take a turn on the N3, and figured, damm that was hard, look down on my speedo, and saw I was doing "slightly" motre then the recommended speed limit.

So I slowed right down, and did a few tests, 6 gear, floor it, and this car just keeps pulling and pulling and pulling all the way to 121+ km/h....

So I set my speed limit to 140 so that I dont make that mistake again in a hurry...

Werries, I take my hat off to you, that suspension is just perfect, absolutely perfect....
