My first BMW (2010 F10 530D)

Hi all,

It’s been a while since my last update, so here’s a quick recap of everything that’s been done so far since then:

• Rebuilt the gearbox
• New engine mounts
• New vibration damper
• New Michelin rears to match the front
• Added an amp with HK 8" under-seat woofers (my personal favorite upgrade)

Around June last year, I started looking for something smaller to replace the F10. Unfortunately, while I was on the hunt, someone rear-ended me at a red light (photos attached). Despite that setback, the F10 has given me plenty of joy (and, of course, the occasional bit of pain).

Now that I have a replacement, it’s time for the F10 to find a new home—and that means this thread is coming to a close. Thanks for all the support, advice, and kind words along the way!

F44 235i in skyscraper grey.
Its not a car for everyone, but I absolutely love the look of it.
