Also like the style of the pictures :praise:

Thanks man. Got up at 5:45 on Saturday to get the magic light. I think it was worth it. :)

Please post interior pics.

You simply have to uncork the exhaust. I dont know of a single 540 owner who did, and regretted it. If you need persuasion, come and listen to mine

Y delete? Or something else?

Also... interior pics coming soon...

That is for sissies. Fit a free flow system with 4x boxes.

2x small resonators where the cats used to be, a duel in, duel out silencer where the Y used to be, and a big duel in, duel out free flow muffler in the back.

Pipe dia - 57mm
Mid silencer - Oval 100 x 200 x 300lng
Rear - Oval 150 x 250 x 400lng

The mid silencer needs to be free flow, but have a chamber.
This allows the gasses to pass between left and right bank. Otherwise it does not sound nice. Makes a resonant sound that is very unpleasant.
Or.....
Better yet......X pipe just after the cats

Doing it this way also allows you to store your complete exhaust somewhere if you ever want to revert back to OEM

Would this work with an Auto?

Yeah but I can't control the shift points with an auto. I have heard auto's with free flow systems that just sounds like they laboring

Breakfast run to Parys on Sunday?

Hmmm... I have a birthday party in Pretoria in the afternoon, so if I can get back in time for that, I would be keen. :)

My mate is visiting from the States, so I'll definitely be heading down to go see him.

1. I hope I wont be intruding on something
2. If not, where do we start? (Im in Weltevreden Park)
3. Will you be bringing your 5er or the Z coupe?
4. Anyone else keen?

So the woman and I did a mini getaway to Dullstroom.

First trip with the /6

Car was just great.

Just a few photos.

Parked at the cottage.

Average fuel consumption. Not great, but not the worst either.
