My bad i just went off memory when i saw them come out in 2013. Just looked those models are 7.61 to 100. And the 2017 models claim 6.9. Still allot slower then a 135i DCT.

I think just putting your bolt ons on the car will make you destroy him

Yeah I am sure i will. We race many times when he was just FBO and meth and I gave him a hiding on rolling and launch. That is actually why he went hybrid turbo because he couldn't handle a stock 135 beating him with all those mods.

200WKW is healthy for stock, the average is 195wkw.
Quit messing about, bang the mods on, whip his ass and drink the blood of your enemies from their skulls LOL :roflol::roflol::roflol::roflol:

You are going to make him sell the fiesta st and get a focus st lol.

These n54/n55 cars really transform with some mods.
My e90 lci n54 is fbo- a cooler (waiting on it from fastfactory for over a month now)...

But i went with a friend today to test drive a stock e90 335i n54 pre lci. And all i can say is WOW my cars
Feels twice as fast As a stock n54 now.
Its crazy how a fast car makes you used to speed.

Let us know what happens when you meet the st again

Yeah I know the cars wake up. A friend of mine has a N54 135i and I went in the car when it was stock and I was really impressed. Now the car has FBO with meth and a mild hybrid and that car is scary.
I know the N55 the stock turbo lets this car down a little in the higher revs but it is still a huge amount of fun.

I will do, he is a good friend of mine and I have already told him something is coming. I could see he was getting fidgety and asking questions :cthulhu:

Any of you guys based in Fourways, Emmarentia, Strdom Park area that know of a place that would be good to do the turbo swap and DP installation?
I tried Tune Tech, they never came back to me with a price and I have called twice. SR Speedworx is a little to far for me and hard for me to arrange drop off and pick up of the car during the week.

I say add 2 bottles of NOS in the boot.. :fencelook:

Bye Bye ST.. :smilebounce:

Haha this could work but I know nothing about NOS and am afraid of it because of that. :fencelook:

So guys I finally found a gap to post here, to let you all know how the car is now.

I got everything fitted and the car feels great and sounds insane. The popping and backfiring when in sport manual is amazing. It is hard to drive the car like a respectable person haha :fencelook: it just wiggles everywhere when accelerating.

I dyno'ed the car on map 5 with 25l mix of OB1 and it made 277wkw and 499nm but with huge amounts of wheel spin on the dyno. The guy said to me that the car was really giving him a hard time with traction and when looking at the graph and how the power comes in, I feel its only getting traction on the dyno when the graph starts dropping off but even at 277wkw, I am happy for a bolt on solution and no custom tuning etc.
The stock turbo at 6500rpm power had dropped off to +-90wkw, now it is sitting at 240wkw at 6500rpm so that is a huge difference in the upper RPMs.

I am just waiting for my bigger intercooler and maybe a stage 2 LPFP or meth kit (if there is a deal to be had somewhere) and I will get a proper tune done on the car to possibly add boost by gear for 1 and 2 so I can actually get traction and use the power properly.

I will dyno again soon and hopefully at that stage I will have the tune and running a mix of ETH.

I haven't had a change to race my ST friend yet. I was overseas for a while and work has been keeping me busy but I will do so soon.

From my experience with cars spinning on dynos (tuned diesels do it often) you will not lose much power when spinning, but you will lose a good amount of torque.

A buddy of mine has a bootmod3 M135i and his car ran around 240wkw and 550nm, but the graph clearly showed it was spinning. We loaded 2 guys in the boot and he ran 243wkw and 620nm.

Next time you do a dyno run, load 2 guys in the boot:cartel:

I had 2 guys in the boot already - yes they were alive and voluntarily sat it there.

I have a video and will try and figure out how to up load it. Maybe will put track bite on the dyno next to make sure it bites haha :fencelook:

My dyno graph up until around 4000rpm has no traction.

Here is a link to the video (hope it works, I tested it on another PC on windows explorer and it worked) - https://splice.gopro.com/v?id=DP2KwP

The first run he said it was spinning to much so he shifted and let off. He then did this run but said it was spinning and when he felt it grip he planted it.

I also think the power is coming in to aggressive as well so maybe it is best to get a custom tune or even a map 6 tune to help smooth the power delivery a bit. I just want to wait for the other parts so I am not going backwards and forwards for tuning and wasting cash I could spend on other mods I want to do :cartel:

Very weird that it’s spinning on the dyno with people in the boot. Maybe it was incorrectly setup on the dyno or something.

I know another forum member had the same issue with his M4 at a specific dyno in Jhb and he ended up going to another dyno so he could get a reliable reading.

Yeah I will do that. But until I get a chance to do that, the car feels monstrous on the road and I am enjoying it :rage:

I destroyed a farting G7 Gti on my way home on Friday LOL, when the road opened up it looked like he was standing still the way I pulled him. He even stopped next to me at the next intersection to ask what has been done to the car because its fast :cartel:
