so by your's and arbee's car, we can say that e90 prelci can run m3 spec wheels?

because I am too lazy, how does the e90 LCI compare in this regard?

Pre-LCI can with the right tyres - the tyres from an M3 will not work as they are taller. My rear wheels have 3mm taken off - so it clears nicely, else I would have needed to roll the fenders a bit. Also been scanning E90forums - some make of tyres also don't work (or have minor rubbing issues), as they are not as "rounded" near the edges.

Don't have the LCI details. Think it has about 10mm wider track, so some fender rolling may be required.

However, if all else fails, you can always put the following sticker on:
