Look what I picked up today

So today, I picked up my new little monster: 2007 E70 4.8i :joy: :joy:

Unfortunately, was stuck in Friday traffic so I did not really get a chance to explore what she can do.

Here's some teaser pics for now. Sorry for the poor quality, but it was almost dark when I got home. Anyway, car will be going in next week to BMW for some little MP claims, so I've just got her for the weekend.

Car has some nice extras: Nav, xenons, heads-up-display (which is pretty cool), comfort seats, panoramic roof, to name a few ...... and the biggest little extra ever: a spare wheel :fencelook:

Yep. Disco3 was awesome, but on those long family trips, I miss a real BMW.

Thanks for all the comments guys. Yep, I'm sure she's gonna be a bit thirsty, but hopefully a bit better than my Landy V8 was. Will be using Fuelly, and will update my signature with the X5 once the fuel stats start coming in.

@Philip: Car's going to BMW mainly to get the aircon sorted, as it's not blowing cool and to do a quality check for the MP transfer.

You did not keep the Landy for too long, are they plagued by reliability issues? I have been considering getting one but am a bit wary of the supposed issues?

Thats a whole lot of power. We seem to have the same problem our garage is too small. :=):

I made a big koki marking on the left wall...and when my side mirror is straight on the marking then its safe to close garage door. PDC means shit in those tight spaces.
