Nice one, but why include injector cleaner when speedtec already contains an injector cleaner?

Because although the Octane Booster (Not Speed Tec) does contain a detergent it is merely for general maintenance. One dosage of Octane Booster will be nowhere near strong enough to clean the Injectors as efficiently as a bottle of Injection Cleaner will.

The reason the Injection cleaner is there is because its a once off use. According to car manufacturers a vehicle can lose a huge amount of performance, not only straight line speed but also fuel economy etc due to the Injectors being clogged up. Carbon etc on the injectors disrupts the spray and this leads to inefficiency.

So ideally running an injector cleaner to clean everything up first. Then running the Octane Plus and Speed Tec thereafter with the Octane Plus's detergent keeping things clean will improve performance.

I know this is a bit of a thread revive but does Speed Tec and Octane Booster just last for one tank or do the chemicals remain active for a few tanks?
