Just pasting some of the Terms and Conditions here for all to see (need to CMA a bit, do note these may be updated slightly over the next month).

Terms and Conditions:
- These Terms and Conditions apply to the December-2020 giveaway, hosted by G Shift (Pty) Ltd, hereafter referred to as G Shift.
- By participating in this lucky draw, the individual agrees to abide by the terms and conditions and other criteria as described in all correspondence related to this giveaway.
- All rules and decisions of G Shift, shall be final and binding in all respects.
- The promotion period for this giveaway will run from 23 November 2020, through to 23 December 2020.
- The draw of the giveaway winner will take place on 24 December 2020. The winner will be notified telephonically and via email.
- The giveaway prize / hamper will be shipped to the winner in the week of 28-31 December 2020.
- The main criteria to participate in this giveaway are as follows:
- An individual must register an account on the G Shift online store. Any personal information provided as part of the registration will be controlled as per G Shift’s Privacy Policy. Information will not be misused, or sold off to 3rd
- An individual must subscribe to future newsletters sent out by G Shift.
- No purchase is necessary to participate in this giveaway, provided that criteria 1 and 2 above have been met.
- For those who have purchased from G Shift previously, or do so during the course of the promotion period, will be granted an additional entry into the draw – this is to say thank you for your support.
- Note that multiple orders will not result in multiple entries into the draw. Also, the value of the order has no bearing on the number of entries into the draw.
- Every effort will be made to ensure that the draw is unbiased and transparent in its methodology. Do note however that the decision of the winner is final, as approved by the G Shift Directors.
Partners of the promotion:
- Suppliers and Partners who are on board for this draw have been notified.
- For some products and services, prizes have been subsidised by Suppliers and Partners. For other products and services on offer, giveaways or discounts are offered directly by G Shift.
- This promotion applies to South African residents only, i.e. no foreign customers will be eligible for this draw due to restrictions in shipping.
- This promotion is eligible to all customers / subscribers. The reason for this is that the products and services which form part of the giveaway are wide-ranging and apply to everyone. Should you be under 18 years of age, please confirm with your parents / guardians that you have permission to enter.
- Automated and Robotic entries will be disqualified. This promotion is only applicable to natural persons, residing in South Africa.
- The cost of shipping of the giveaway prize / hamper will be covered by G Shift (country-wide).
- Where relevant, the local laws of the Republic of South Africa will prevail.
Limitation of liability:
- G Shift assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
- G Shift reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway at will, should circumstances require this to take place.
- No social media platforms or other forms of communication are affiliated to this giveaway.
- Prize details are still being finalised. As this takes place, details will be added here and shared accordingly.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Prizes cannot be returned for a refund. (Exchanges may be evaluated based on exceptional circumstances. The mechanisms around this will be discussed and agreed upon separately between G Shift and the individual.)
To end off the T's and C's: those published on my online store on the giveaway page will be considered the latest and greatest.
