How can I compare my BMW 320d Sportline 2016 to if it was an M Sport package?

Hi everyone,
Im trying to see what my car is missing compared to a M Sport package. Its a 2016 320d Sport line, but I noticed the previous owner upgraded a lot. I believe it has the M sport steering wheel, as well as the red trim inside and sport seats, which makes me think they upgraded other things too. I know its not possible for BMW to upgrade a sport line to an M sport, so I am trying to see what I am missing and maybe I can upgrade as much as I can to get it as close as possible
