GP:BMWFanatics Convoy to BMW Day, sponsored by CrazyDetailer

BMWFanatics parking is full. We managed to fill our allocated parking and about 20 spots around the rest of the event.
The convoy was flippin epic, i lost count at around 60 cars. Thanks to everyone that kept within the convoy rules. To my coordinators, you guys did an excellent job. Thank you very much. Thanks to the Zambesi gents as well, we made an epic entrance.
We sitting under our gazebo, in our allocated parking spot. Come through and say hello.

Dvst8, Spiro, Firoze_D, 444yyy - I cannot thank you guys enough. All the coordination of an EPIC convoy is on you gents. Smooth gents. Thats how it went down today.
Parking was limited, but we made do. We must have been about 95 cars in total as we filled a parking area designed for 66 cars, we fitted 79. Plus, some us were scattered wherever we could find a parking.
To SA Beemer, Shiraz, thank you for the Invite and allocation of our own parking area. We felt honoured to have our own spot. Im not sure of the rest of the crews, im certain we brought through majority of the cars as one group?
CrazyDetailer, Pravin, thank you for hosting us this morning. As always, we were short of nothing. Thank you for arranging Turtle Wax to demo some products and hand out prizes and freebies.
Zambesi Auto, M Division - Thank you for coming out and spending the day with us. You guys really made this event special for us. Those cars, branded looked amazing and really added that class to our convoy. Big ups guys!
To you, BMWFANATICS, the biggest thank you to you. All of you. For attending and making this event a spectacular success. Thank you for obeying the rules, following instructions to the T. It is such moments that encourages us to go out and do better each time. Thank you.
A special thank you to Divio, arrived late last night from his holiday but was ready at 7am to join us and take pictures for us. That is dedication. Appreciated buddy...

Wow that concrete really does reflect that sun! Good call on that umbrella there Fordkoppie! Ek het lekker gebrand! I vote next time they have it one level down in the shade of the underground parking.
BMWFanatics gazebo, chairs and cooler box were awesome, thank you staff and fanatics. Got there around 9am and being the first e46 and was instructed that they would have them parked in series, I didn't know there was a designated BMWFanatics section plus the space they gave you was way too small, security were turning away BMWs from entering as the rooftop BMW parking was full, MASSIVE turnout! Bigger than last year's event.
I felt sorry for you guys coming down Amanda Rd as that traffic circle is always a balls up! Next time don't try enter there but go further down to the next traffic circle by the Total/Audi and enter the parking there, way quicker and way more parking entrances which all lead to the roof.
The better alternative next time is to get off the N12 at Klipriver, turn right and next turn left into Vorster Ave, first traffic circle left past builders/TWT, under the N12 bridge and straight through the next traffic circle (Total/Audi) takes you to multiple The Glen parking entrances, you would have all been inside in a matter of minutes.
