***Important***

Meeting Point 2 - Xavier Total Garage, Xavier and Vleiroos Street. Please note, we will park along side the Total on Vleiroos street.

Depart the Total at 10:45am to arrive at the Venue by 11:00am.

For those meeting here, please note that other clubs will be meeting here as well. BMWFanatics, if you guys could please park together, preferably on Vleiroos street and not in the Garage or the shopping centre across the road. Obviously do not block the road or inconvenience other road users.

To speed things up, the convoy from CrazyDetailer may not leave the HiWay, one of the event coordinators will round up the second meeting point and join the convoy on the hiway. Timing is off the essence!

If one of the guys meeting at the second point would like to provide me with their contact details, i will coordinate directly with you on the day.

The convoy from Crazy Detailer is going to be big, atleast 30 cars i would presume. And another 10 odd cars from meeting point 2. Its going to be a hellava challenge taking the Xavier Rd offramp.
