I'm thinking of offering this very service ;) but I'm getting ahead of myself, let's first see if we can fix them

I left the wrap on the steering wheel for a couple of days just to see how it holds up. Surprise surprise, all the little blemishes I had that made me feel like doing it over is gone now. I actually think it came out great now, so it's staying.

It seems a little light because of the flash, but it blends in pretty well with the rest of the interior

I also had a lekker drive with the car now that everything is put back together, man this thing doesn't stop putting a smile on my face. Also the slight vibration I felt from the back is now gone, so it was the rear mags as I suspected. The car is now super smooth on the highway.

I'll have it nicely washed tomorrow and post up some more pics in sunlight.

Thank you all very much! I kinda felt after the last two days that I didn't really achieve much from the weekend. But some things needed to be redone as I was simply not happy with it...

What breed of dog is that?
Seems to come in handy to hold the car up while you work?

Mechanicus Maximus. They come in real handy with the heavy lifting. I generally grab a few of them when I run out of tressles as they're very good when command to 'sit'. People know them as Pikanese I think ;P And I don't think I've ever been anyone's idol before, thanks Sammeer!

We can never tell u how epic ur work on the car is man!! ..
those black tips really make the rear more agressive! .. agree that it would look better if they just lined up outside the diffuser ..

Thanks bud

Well it had a very thorough clean now so figured I'd post some pics of where I'm at now. I'm thinking of holding off a little on working on the car and really enjoy it a bit for a change. But knowing me I'll wake up in the morning and feel different :roflol:

Anyway, here's a pic bomb going off. Ideally I'd like to have the car professionally photographed, for posterity's sake of course! For now some cell pics would have to suffice...

That is stunning! Great job man! I see the carbon on the roof, never noticed it before

Yeah I know there are people that don't like the diffusers but somehow the car seems 'unfinished' without it. Plus, I'm from the East Rand so I had to stop myself from lowering the car and putting LED strips under it :roflol:

Lovely! The amount of attention to detail and effort being put into this is an inspiration. :clapper:

Trust me, I've already started looking. I even have the correct FRM version for it as well ;) But I'll only do this if I happen across a set at the scrappy's
