technical E90 Oil Filter Housing

Hi All,

Got an oil leak on E90 320d Auto, and I suspect its the OFH. Will this be a good replacement - OFH From Raza Auto ? Being made out of aluminum and all.

Is it not leaking from the seal? It may be cheaper to just have the seals replaced

Agreed, replacing the seals would be waaaay cheaper. Problem is Im in Bela Bela and the only mechanic closeby says we need a complete OFH replacement. I'm a bit scared to drive it to PTA\Joburg, even though I'm honestly that far tbh.

Is it leaking between the oil filter housing and the cooler on the housing? If it is it definitely the seals. If it just sweating oil it still should be fine to drive. I had this issue on my 323i e90. Would see a little oil sitting in between the housing and the cooler. I just had the seals replaced, but still was a able to use the car until I replaced it
