I can help you with the e36 stock radio and OEM mesh to replace the slats in the front bumper. Maybe the 3.15 diff too.

your car should have a 3.91 ratio going to a 3.15 will make it hell slow... if you sure you going to do the manual conversion you could go with something about 3.46 with the auto but it will still be worse than stock :(

Car looks great, I've always liked the E36 coupes. Nice colour also. Good luck with the restore process and keep posting pics, look forward to seeing it in the flesh soon

Just want to check with you, is the gap between the bonnet and the kidney grilles bigger than usual or does it not close further than that?

haha I meant E36 328i Coupe......This car is a stunner!

My favorite part of these coupe's are the back, looks so slick and the lines that run from the just after the door to the rear of the car are just beautiful! BMW Know how to make a coupe properly!

+1 @ interrior shots please! and engine bay perhaps?

What really looks sweet on these cars but as far as I know its only on the convertables is the smaller back BMW badge with the integrated brake light just above it.

I would add M3 mirrors to that wish list....but thats just me haha :fencelook:

Not the shit knock offs with the integrated indicators though. :yuck:

Great car and good condition.

Quick question about the mags: Are those native to the late model Facelift E36 328i Coupé's?

I had those mags on my E46 318i 2002, and I know it actually came standard on the pre-facelift E46 325i Coupé's.

Prefer the individual slats rather than the M3 Mesh. PM Me about the radio and the diff please.

328i Auto has a 3.07 diff.

The springs on the things that hold the bonnet down are very stiff, couldve been replaced or something so that may be why it looks like that. But It doesnt look bigger that usual to me.

Interior shots and engine bay shots are in the links on the first post.

Im not looking to build an M3 wannabe car so the mirrors will stay as is. Actually prefer them to the M3 ones.

Mags are from a pre-facelift E46 325ci. But they will be replaced with the CSLs soon enough. The guy I bought it from didnt like the M5 reps he bought the car with.

Updated Lists With Things I Forgot.
Will update as item statuses change or I think of more. Will always use code blocks to keep list shorter.

If you can help with any items please feel free to PM or email me.

Whats been done so far:
Code:
Poly LCABs
Replaced PCV
Stewart Water Pump
Samco Sport Radiator Hoses
New Meyle Complete Tie Rods

To do in the near and far future
Code:
Rebuild Door Cards (New Clips where needed and fix loose magazine holders)
Refurb My 17" CSL Rims (Light Gunmetal) and Fit
M3 Front Lip
New MSport Front Shocks (Bilstein B8 Sprint)
New Rear Shocks (Bilstein, When required)
Meyle HD Stabilizer End Links
Bushes replaced as needed with uprated or OEM Items
3.15 M3 LSD (Wish Me Luck)
New Seals for windows and doors
Seat refurb (Calling Rick)
Wood trim re-done in Piano Black
Re-leather Steering wheel or get E36 M3 Wheel and re-leather that (Some of the UK 328i MSports had the M3 wheel... Do Want!)
Remove Aftermarket alarm for BMW System (Would love to convert to EWS2)
Head Unit back to stock BMW Business
Auto Rear window retrofit (Priced it: +- R4600 for parts)
New Door Handles (Old ones look like they have been cracked and glued up)

This weekend I will be doing the door cards.
BMW are crazy R5.50 a clip... 10 per door. So I will just be buying to replace any broken clips (here's to hoping they dont all break when I look at them).

I have never seen those on a SA car before.

The top one is what is usually seen on M3's. Or at least all the one's I have seen.
