These are very nice cars, i myself own one as well but i've installed a 6spd auto gearbox. I couldn't deal with the poor auto box it came with...

After my grandad died he left behind a 325i automatic sedan in calypso red. My dad bought it from my grandma and that remained our family car for well into my teens, will always, always have a soft spot for E36s!

I must admit, when I first started looking at BMW's I did not understand why people had a soft spot for the older BMW's and the styling never stood out to me.
My family always had Mercedes growing up and that is what I was use to... also as a kid I did not care much for cars to be honest.

Although now, different story. I would very much love to own an E36 328i. The look of the E36 & E46 has really grown on me a lot.

I simply love the E36 interior. As a kid looking at all those buttons , How i annoyed my uncle making him explain what each one did,🤣

its good to hear that you can enjoy it and then sell it and recover your money....thats a very rare thing nowadays!
