Custom carbon diffuser for non sportpack e90

So as some of you may know irq5 is going to be designing and selling custom carbon parts. One of these will be a diffuser for the standard e90 exclusive. So we have put the first prototype on my car, here you can have a look at how it looks. I suppose it would be more visible on lighter colours such as white or silver.

Hey Guys

Thanks for the comments so far! Just to give you a heads up on the plans:

1. First up after this one is a version with fins to add a bit of a more aggressive look too the rear.

2. A version with an opening on the right of the car as well for those who want to run a dual or quad exhaust setup on a non-335

3. No 2 with fins

At the moment we're going to be busy correcting the fitment on the mould as the one on Pr0phet's car isn't 100%. It's needed a LOT of beading tape to hold everything in place. But I can assure you that when it's done it'll fit perfectly.

Anyway - I'll try keep the updates coming as often as possible.

Sorry that I haven't updated you yet. I actually went around the moulders yesterday for an update. I have the standard ones in stock like the ones on Pr0phet's car.

Then we're working on the mould for the dual opening if anyone wants to run a quad exhaust setup on the stock bumper.

And we've just started working on this... Just a teaser shot:

How will fitment work? stick over? Cutting involved?

How close is the design to the Merc diffuser you see on C63's?
