sorry dont get me wrong not trying to point fingers - but I do believe that when you are signing all those papers that its is actually mentioned twice (please correct me if im wrong) - where you have to sign that the on the road costs are apart from the price as per the "LAW" and in doing so you take the onus on yourself when you decide to put it on as part of the finance (hence your fault)ChefDJ said:MikeR said:and I dont believe they should be paying it back it was your choice to add it to the finance stop blaming everyone else for your mistakes.
Who says these guys added it to their finance and it wasn't deducted from their deposit, thus making the deposit on the actual price of the car smaller.
In the end, they are financing a higher amount than they should have been.
No need to tell the guys here that "it's their fault".
:thumbs: good luck to the guys who have to resolve this, but to any future buyers take heed when buying a car n finance the hidden cost you are always warned about, and read the fine print please.
