BMW E36 M3 seat does not tilt

Hi guys,

My seat on the BMW E36 M3 does not want to tilt front or back and makes a noise. I'm sure that the gear inside is gone. Where can I buy a gear....I think it could be the green one? The dealers want to sell the entire gearbox that fits under the seat.
