A buddy of mine's Father in law (he lives in Upington), would ask me every time I got there if I met or seen his son "Boetie". He also lives in "joburg" the uncle would say. Totally ignoring the fact that I told him many times I live in Centurion. I told the uncle its a very big place and he told me he knows "joburg". He worked there in 1970.
Well one day I met Boetie. Turns out he lives in Pretoria East and works in Pretoria Central.
