If I recall correctly top gear reviewed the M3 with competition package, the frozen edition is something different, also unique to SA - something like a tribute the 333i - or something like that.

The frozen comes with a remus backbox, the ACS software and some other interior tweaks like red stitching on the black leather that kinda thing.
