DAMN... have you been able to find out why? What now!
After a couple of hours of stop and go errand driving in 85 plus degree heat...I pull into the driveway and the normally smooth running m54 engine starts to shake and quiver backfire
Raised the bonnet...No burning smells, couldn't see anything from the OFHG area...no smoke, didn't bother to investigate more.
Had a good 2 months run of no problems I guess.

Yeah...it was the coil packs #1 and #2 replaced and the M54 is back to being smooth.DAMN... have you been able to find out why?
Yes let's see how long it lastsorder is restored!!

please let us know on how these perform on the car, was thinking of them for my e46 arms. some people say it makes ride tighter and harsher but better control.Installed the powerflex bushings control arms at the shop... Existing ones were fine. We'll see how they perform.
My experience so far: no major differences but this is only day two... New installs need days of driving to get acclimated to the car.

Yeah that's what I searched as well... we'll see of course it'll have to be a drastic experience (I doubt it) for me to remove them...please let us know on how these perform on the car, was thinking of them for my e46 arms. some people say it makes ride tighter and harsher but better control.
