E39 Touring M5

I recently bought an E39 M5 which had been involved in a serious fight with a Caterpillar Grader.
To say that it was badly repaired would be an understatement so my thinking was to find an M5 donor body that I could transplant the engine and gearbox.

Whilst searching for said body I saw a touring was posted by @evnmopwr so I made contact with the owner and arranged for the car to be shipped to me.

The white iS is not for sale btw.

My thinking is to get it as close if not identical in terms of finish to the one Touring build as an M5 by the factory.

Any assistance with an Alcantara supplier at a reasonable price would be most welcome.

Lookup the contact details of Medwyn at MC auto trimmers in Stridjom Park or Abdool at Autosound Gezina. I am not sure if they sell just the skins but both are very competent in Alcantara retrofits should you choose to outsource.

I have seen their build however I shall not be following their methodology as the project is compromised.

Ohh and how on earth did it came in a fight with the said CAT Grader ?
I have no idea as to whether it was a grader a car crusher or a bulldozer what I know is that not one panel is untouched and the car is not worth repairing.
