It's been just over a year of ownership and what a journey it has been. Since @M3boi made his latest introduction, I thought it would be appropriate to finally share mine.

Not many photos to share but here are some pictures of the day I went to go see her back in November 2022. She's a 2004 Alpine White E46 M3, manual with a full service history at the dealers and then garage 808 and now ATM Cape Town with all the receipts from day 1.

Mimics the oem csl intake so well by going down to the bumper hey! Very tasteful. Please put up some sound clips if/when possible

After Two weeks of ownership, off she went ATM Chiptuning in Cape Town for a full inspection.


Onto the bad news.

First up was the damaged OEM engine mounts which were replaced with OEM ones

Sweating found under the car started some serious worries



Turns out it was just a damaged power steering reservoir. Replaced it with an OEM one and with a nice clean up we were good to go.

A brand new set of OEM CS rims arrived and were paired with a set of Michelin Pilot sports from Imraan at Xtreme Motorsport


A long list of maintenance items were ordered from BMW and arrived within two weeks. Items included the following were replaced:

The timing chain was loose and the guide had some indentations in it so we decided to replace it as well.
