Insurance will always claim (or attempt to) if they can. But realistically they're not going to attach assets for this level of damage...

Insurance might just write the car off for that damage. Small claims court is best.

That is a big gap between G84 start of production in mid 2028 (likely in country only end of that year) and Feb 2027. I suppose it is...
