Just remember, if you do the DP it is recommended to do the exhaust, intake and a tune at the same time to keep everything balanced... -

Yeah, I did my DP at Raza Auto in Midrand for R2500+R1000 fitting

Some good advice this, just remove it! It also leads to less strain on the turbo. Also far cheaper to remove it compared to replacing...
