Hi all,

Just wanted to introduce myself.

I'm a computer programmer originally from Pretoria, but a Cape Town resident for the past 10 years, almost.

I am currently on my 4th BMW, a 2007 E60 LCI 550i, which is the most awesome car I've ever owned!

I tend to mostly be a lurker on forums, but do try and participate when I can add value. FYI, in that regard, I do have a ThinkCar ThinkDiag Bluetooth OBD2 diagnostic dongle, if anyone in CT needs a scan, or basic programming, and don't have their own.

Updated post with pic. Still need to go take some proper ones, but as the car's fan belt ate a finger tip on Sunday due to my own stupidity, it'll be a while before I can handle the proper camera again, unfortunately.

Thank you. I have to agree, it is very quick for its size. The E46 330i's I owned didn't even come close!

Thank you. Nope, automatic. In my younger years, I insisted on buying manual cars, but these days, I can appreciate the convenience provided by an automatic.
