Hi Danny.

Just a quick question. To what extent does the cover affect the thickness of the actual wheel?

If you look at the dimensions of the cover thickness, then you can tell the thickness increase when you apply it. But whoever has applied it before says its always feels VERY thick at first due to your hand feeling the difference and the new steering wheel cover still being hard and as it get used it settles in and becomes thinner and then also, your hands are accustomed to the size now.

So just to add some information.

These are the Mewant Brand of steering covers.
I will update pricing when i have confirmed what pricing the vendor will give us, but thus far pricing will be around

Artificial Leather - R850
Genuine Leather/Suede/Carbon - R1250
Alcantara - R1800

You welcome to go check there site and price it accordingly with your shipping and then factor in customs and see what that will come to.

As mentioned by Ash, yes the cover adds some thickness to the steering wheel(thickness of the material) as this goes over the stock covering. If you remove the stock covering the dimensions of this steering cover will be out. It is designed to go over the existing cover.

I will ask the vendor what the thickness of the material is so that we can work out what the initial thickness is added to the wheel
