I have a US bank account, so I will simply transfer more money to that and use it as my pay-pal account. There is no way that I will pay a single cent more to our corrupt, self-enriching government.
The downside is that, if this does get implemented and large companies such as Ebay and Amazon have to register with SARS for VAT, they will most probably see it as unnecessary admin and as such simply ban sale to SA.
Lastly, government may just as well then have every seller on Bid Or Buy register for VAT as well.
