technical Replace timing chain and oil pump chain

Hey Beemer Family! Im a newbie here so apologies if this isn’t in the correct section.

Im about to replace my valve stem seals and oil sump gasket on my 2006 E87 116i. My question is should I replace the timing chain kit and oil pump chain kit one time since those areas would be opened or leave it as is? My car has 256k km on it.
Second question how good is Febi Bilstein with their oil pump chain kits as I cannot find INA for that part.
Third question. Which mechanic would you recommend doing the job, im situated in the Vaal.

I would replace the timing chain kit. Chances are good that the guides are not 100% anymore.
