thanks guys, she does need a wheel change, i am trying to figure out how to change from 4 stud to 5 stud hubs, the rim i want to use is an 18" 5 stud - 5 x 120, also need a set coilovers to adjust ride height...any ideas ?

Leave it as is would be my advice.

The ride will alter once you goe the coil over route.
