Hey guys,
It has been a long while since I have posted and hopefully this post will help me to redeem myself :fencelook:
One Saturday morning in August '18, I was browsing through the autotrader app, with no real intention or need to replace a car but came across a grey 2012 F13 650i M Sport coupe...
Now, I had never really considered or took notice of these for some reason, but decided to go test drive the thing the same day. That particular one had been abused, was out of plan, had a comment and the wheels were different to what was on the pictures uploaded by the dealer (BMW). I was however intrigued and immediately developed that itch...
On the same dealers floor was a white, late 2014 F13 650i M Sport coupe, still in plan with 28k odd kms on the clock, and it was of course out of my initial price bracket...
To cut the even longer story short, quite a bit of negotiations (it helped that it was month end, ie: floor plan interest), trade in ('03 e46 320d with only 120k kms on), settling of another car in the deal, resulted in the deal happening and I have not stopped smiling since.
Some pics:
The dealer had the front rims refurbished and supplied me with a set of new rubber for the rear, which I must have fitted sometime soon:
Thanks for reading... have a great weekend!
