My guess is this is the Fort Klapperkop road which they totally killed with speed bumps since declaring it a wild life reserve for bicycle riders?

Yes, it is Klapperkop, and yes, they sure messed it up. I grew up around there and used it as a testing track for many years and cars.....

Awesome, I also grew up close to there and have font memories of people testing Nobles etc there, now its just a screw up.

If you see a Silver Z4 M Coupe give a wave although it is not my daily driver I try to use it as much as possible, got a nice route close to there in Monument Park.

Yes, those were the days, I used to build and race rally cars and often tested on that road, often in the middle of the night after some work was done on the car.
