F70 Leaks on the rise

Seems like the F70 1 Series leaks happening recently are storming in now.

Anyway, some info leaked too:

• In production 07/24-10/33
• Intro models: 118d, 120d, 118, 120, M135 xDrive (no more "i" in the gas-powered model names).
• 11/24: 116 and 123 xDrive are added (same powertrains as the current X1 sDrive16i and X1 xDrive23i).
• Not for the US market
• Colors: Alpine White, Storm Bay Metallic, Portimao Blue, Frozen Portimao Blue, Frozen Pure Grey, Thundernight Metallic, Cape York Green, Jet Black, Black Sapphire.

• Specifications:

- Length: 4361mm
- Width w/o mirrors: 1800mm
- Height: 1459mm
- Wheelbase: 2670mm
- Luggage volume: 380l/1200l
- Curb weight: 120 - 1425kg, 118d - 1465kg, 120d - 1495kg, M135 - 1550kg

Yeah, even the F40 seems like a bastard child between Merc and Audi, now they're going full-on groupie offspring with this one. The rear also has ST vibes. I'm pretty sure their vision is to take the best of all hatchbacks and throw it into 1 pot. Clearly not working out for them.

I'm willing to bet money that it will look nothing like this. Willing to eat humble pie if it ends up being close to this but what I see is a mishmash of current and concept grilles, lights and intakes.

I'm confused as to why is this still an "F" model? Didn't they move to G and now U. BMW is confused as of late.

Yeah, I truly don't know wtf they are thinking but like the current new M135i, some people will like and buy it.

One thing I do like though and wish we could take and put into our older models is the fckin interior, man it's so nice. The outside is just meh, basic npc traffic.
