d/v sticking - trying 2 get upgraded 1 but no 1 seems 2 hav yet <>

I know of one car on high boost locally that popped the intake pipe close to the throttle and there is pic of one on a overseas forum. With the car being MAF using a conventional valve is going to be difficult and the electronic one is part of the compressor housing so its going to be quite a complex $$$ solution for this. If anything comes up my side of the tuning world I will give you a shout.

Hi Guys, need your expert advise. I have a 08 bmw 135i with the n55 twin turbo. I want to remap my car or chip it because I personaly feel its slow. But! I still want my motor plan to be valid. the guys I went to chip and remap m3's and 335's and they said they can remove the software when I have to bring my car in to bmw and they wont see any mods done on the car. Is it a good idea to remap it or not?

go the jb4 route easy to fit yourself and when you need to send the car in its easy to remove yourself

JB4 (piggyback) is not traceable once removed. or BMW SA dont care to investigate further if they suspect. Not sure which.

Hear Audi going same route :flyfun:

Audi will go the same route cos Lybon (from BMW Sa) is now working for Audi. And he takes no nonsense wrt mods. I got a quote on my Mini Mplan extension and its damn expensive compared to what I've been paying for the last 7 years the Sa says 36% increase. :thumbdo:
