dyno results are actually more pointless than "Ecstatic, and very smooth and impressive gains"

Unless you are comparing the same dyno for the same car, or same day on the same dyno for various cars theres too many variables affect the outcome.

Also what if the owner is not worried about numbers? does it make the tuner any less better at what he does.

Case in point, I also had my VW done at RK motion, while Keithan has been asking about the differences, I wasn't concerned about the performance improvement as it is my wifes daily. I didnt dyno before or after.....BUT

I drove after a week of having the software loaded and i am wait for it... "Ecstatic, and very smooth and impressive gains"

I think he means dyno results to show gains. However, I'm also more one for how it drive and does it transfer the power to the road. So I'm with sash on this one.

100% Firi, i gave my example since i dont plan on putting my VW on the rollers and there will probably many owners that feel the same.

Hi, Duly noted- however you can see gains either on some of these threads or on our customers rides section.

Believe me, when this 730d is completed, it will be dynod as the customer currently has a remap with another tuner.

This thread is for what is in progress. We are bot ones to harp about power- yet we do make it. It is all about the drive experience.

i should have explained myself 101%... yes i am keen to see the figures, not simply to see the after power figure, and then go mad and do back flips and rave... but for the simple interest in knowing what type of improvement is available on these great engines.

i to am interested i also seeing how the graph and power delivery will look out of interests sake.

OK so here is the dyno run in 4th with just the file and with the Water Meth system running. Not bad if I say so myself! Big ups to Keithan from RK Motion!!!
