E46 330D facelift need to replace the suspension bushes and diff mount any one recommendation for someone in Capetown who can do it and where I can get poly bushes
I personally would never put in poly bushes again. They are great in the beginning, but I think they do not last anywhere near as long as the oem rubber ones. When they do go bad, the side effects are 10 times worse than when a rubber one goes bad.

Guess it depends on the car and the application. Im in the process of replacing my diff bushes with poly purely becuase I just redid the gearbox and I want that extra stiffness in the drivetrain. I wouldn't change suspension with poly becuae the car is daily driver and will not push it to that degree that I want stiffer control arms and such.

IF you don't mind the new whining noise that will come with poly bushes for the gearbox, by all means go ahead. There some videos on youtube, it seemed super annoying to me, so lucky my gearbox ones are rubber.
